Cindy at Alive and Well is friendly, professional, and makes you feel so very comfortable and at ease. Which is very important when you're getting something like a colonic done!
Let me say that this isn't my first rodeo with colonics as I believe them to be a prophylactic for many diseases. And Cindy was very knowledgeable and taught me things about detoxing during the process which made me feel more informed as well as more comfortable during the session.

p.s. I tried the hyperbaric oxygen chamber for the first time and it is another amazing energy boosting treatment I am adding to my regimen when I can afford it!
